Breathwork + Gentle + Guided Meditation (or) Breathwork + Yin
Settle the body and mind with a breathing practice followed by a softer practice with fewer standing poses and less strain on the knees and the wrists. Ending with a guided meditation.
Wednesday 6:00 PM at Snap Talent
Hatha (beginner friendly)
Poses are held longer. Focus is on stability and alignment.

Camila Vianna
From Bahia, Brazil, Camila Vianna, a long time practitioner, student, and accredit teacher of Yoga, brings a fresh approach to this ancient healthful practice, while each class still adheres to many of the traditional principles of Yoga.
Camila Vianna, originally from Bahia, Brazil, graduated from International university of Yoga, in 2001. She began teaching Yoga, and earning a variety of certifications, as well as facilitating Yoga Teacher Trainings, and related workshops.
Camila’s vast experience in all aspects of Yoga, practicing, training and teaching has led to her unique ability to offer Yoga as much more then physical exercises, rather the understanding that Yoga is a powerful and pertinent set of techniques, that promotes harmony of the whole being, and can greatly benefit humanity in this current age.
Camila feels her purpose as a teacher, is to honor the Ancient principles of Yoga, while translating its practice in today’s complex world. She is dedicated most to her students individually, and collectively, helping them to achieve their own aspirations in yoga and life.
Camila’s class is authentic, grounded in the Ancient Yogic Tradition, filled with simple instruction and personal attention. Drawing from over two decades of teaching experience. This class is your opportunity to begin, or continue a full spectrum yoga practice. Yoga is a proven way to increase flexibility, core strength, and energy. Beginners, and more experienced will receive the benefits of a well balanced Yoga practice. You can begin this class at any time. No prior experience is necessary.
